Positions are available for mechanics and sales techs. Prior experience in the cycling industry is helpful but not required. Our most successful people learn quickly, know how to work as a team, communicate clearly, follow directions, and are able to solve problems quickly. We’re looking for a store manager that is capable of keeping the daily operations of the store organized, driving growth, and maintaining our high level of customer service. A minimum of three years of prior experience in a bicycle shop is required. This position is available immediately.
LEAD SALES STAFF
We are seeking qualified people with a passion for cycling who have the ability to inspire people to ride and a knack for getting people on the right bike and the right equipment! This person will be a driving force in the Infinite Cycles sales team where duties will include, but are not limited to sales, customer service, meeting sales goals, store merchandising/restocking, purchasing input regarding bicycle, accessories and apparel, as well as leading specific programs and clinics. A qualified candidate has at least two years bicycle retail experience, has a vast knowledge of current road and mountain bike technology and superb customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask in fast-paced work environment. This position is open immediately and compensation is based on experience. Applicant must be willing to work some Saturdays. This position is available immediately.
Infinite Cycles is seeking top notch mechanics to enhance our well-respected service department. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of bike shop experience or has worked as a mechanic in some other field (Auto repair, ski tech, etc.) and also have up to date bicycle industry and product knowledge. Job candidates can expect an “audition” working with our Mechanic Manager to demonstrate bicycle repair skills. Attendance and/or certification from a bicycle mechanics’ school is a plus. Experience with disc brakes, suspension, and wheel building is preferred. Job applicants must be committed to learn quickly and Infinite Cycles will provide mechanic training in areas where needed. Duties include bike repairs, bike assembly, and general customer service. Our mechanics often spend time on the floor and are some of our best salesmen. The ability to be a team player, multitask in fast-paced work environment and be willing to do anything to get the job done is a must. Applicant must be willing to work some Saturdays. Pay is based on experience. This position is available immediately.
PART TIME SALES AND MECHANIC STAFF
If you are in school, we have flexible hours to accommodate your availability. We need Sales Staff and Mechanics part time as well, mornings or evenings work great too.
