2011 Cannondale RZ 120

Continuing on from the wildly successful 2009 Rize, and the 2010 RZ 120 and RZ 140, the 2011 RZ 120 is value packed and performance oriented. The fundamental technology behind the RZ’s frame is the OPI (One Piece Integrated) Backbone seat tube. By eliminating flexy welds at suspension pivots and BB30 bottom bracket shell, Cannondale has radically increased the stiffness while reducing weight. You can feel it on those twisty swtichbacks in the form of point and shoot handling, and maximizes your energy on long climbs. The suspension design is basically a single pivot design with a modified shock rate for good control and simple care.

The RZ 120 fits right between the Overmountain Jekyll and race-winning Scalpel bikes. Fast and light enough to race, but not afraid of coming down fast. Now with four models starting as low as $1500, there is a high-performance Cannondale for everyone.
