2011 Cannondale Synapse Hi-Mod Carbon
Typically you need to choose between comfortable and fast with other manufacturer’s road bikes, but not with Cannondale’s Synapse. The Synapse is more comfortable than the pro-level SuperSix, but the Synapse does not sacrifice speed, handling, or performance.
Cannondale increases rider comfort with rider position (geometry) and SAVE micro-suspension technology. The Synapse is well suited for century or longer rides as well as a 10 mile ride around town. As shown in the picture, Cannondale’s Liquigas pro team chooses the Synapse Hi-Mod for the brutal cobblestones on the epic Paris-Roubaix race. More control, more comfort.
The Hi-Mod version of the Synapse Carbon saves weight for top level performance. Synapse is available in three types: Synapse Carbon Hi-Mod, Synapse Carbon, and the budget-oriented Synapse Alloy.
